What this site currently does
The assessment form sends the information you enter to WhiteLine and stores it in the site's protected lead database. A temporary draft is kept only in the current browser session so your answers survive navigation or a failed request.
Information you may choose to send
A submission may contain your work email, company website, primary objective, business model, company size, role, sales region, annual contract value range, monthly outbound budget range, and operational readiness. WhiteLine uses those answers to return an initial fit result and route the enquiry. Older saved enquiries may contain the fields used by an earlier version of the form. The service also processes limited technical information for security, including a one-way hash derived from the request IP address and the browser user agent.
How the information is used
Information you send is used to review your request, respond to you, and assess whether a conversation is appropriate. It is not sold through this website.
Third-party services
The site loads pinned animation files from jsDelivr. When configured, form notifications and a confirmation copy may be sent through an email delivery provider, internal notifications may be sent through Telegram, and cookieless Google Analytics signals may be used to measure form completion. Those providers receive only the information required for their role. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled.
